American Craftsman Pivot Bars.

A home owner from Massachusetts says:

Both pivot bars in the upper sash of my window have disintegrated.

It is marked 52-1006-WHT 52-1006-WHT. Manufacture date 12/06,The baris held in by a single Phillips head screw. Do you have replacements?

Thanks for getting back to us. I would recommend starting by comparing the detailed dimensions shown on the 26-040 and 26-089 product pages to your pivot bar. Keep in mind that the offset of at least one installation hole needs to match your original part for the replacement to work.
