Anderson Silver line Series

Question

Hi..
I have double hung windows and was opening to clean. I can not get it back in correctly and I do not see that circle silver piece in the picture exposed in the other window that is its neighbor. I wanted to see if I can replace both of those parts in the photo. All I know is that it is Anderson silver line but I'm not sure which series and if I need to I guess I could try to find out. They are definitely older than 6 years old. But definitely less than 10 years old.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! This window balance is made using the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since yours is marked with an 8, you'll need the S180-08 to complete your assembly.

The piece anchoring the coil in the window track is the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.
