Anlin double hung window missing parts

Thanks for posting. This is called a pivot shoe. Yours I believe might be an older version of the 15-215, which is also used in our Series 140 Coil Balance systems. Please compare the width and thickness listed below to your old shoe, removed from the window, and see if it matches what you need. Let us know what you find.
