Arm Operator part number needed

If you can open the window and show us the arms that open and close the window sash, we'd be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Thank you for the photos. I think that either the long arm from the 39-031 and 39-032 could have broken off at some point or you could have an older version of our 39-035 and 39-036 Entrygard operators with just one split arm. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to choose the correct replacement. 

You can also check under the window sash to see if the long track that would support the straight arm of the 39-031 and 39-032 is there. Thank you!
