Arm Operator part number needed

A home owner from MN says:
We have replaced all of the operators in our home using part numbers 39-032 and 39-031 but this one is a different window size and the crank is in the middle of the window.

Can you help determine the arm operator needed?

Thank you

Hello,

If you can open the window and show us the arms that open and close the window sash, we'd be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Thank you for the photos. I think that either the long arm from the 39-031 and 39-032 could have broken off at some point or you could have an older version of our 39-035 and 39-036 Entrygard operators with just one split arm. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to choose the correct replacement.

You can also check under the window sash to see if the long track that would support the straight arm of the 39-031 and 39-032 is there. Thank you!

I just want to confirm those choices on your recommendation based on the fact that this is a mini bathroom window. The arm functions it's the "crank " mechanism that no longer opens or closes the window but if I do it by hand it opens and closes.
