Assistance With Custom Order Purchase

Question

I have included additional photos. I measured the metal channel end to end, excluding the end pieces and it is 32". It is marked 32C BS1. From what I see from the picture of the top piece of the S795-32, it is a metal piece that needs to be screwed in. As, hopefully you can see, mine is a clip that is set in a hole in the window frame. I appreciate any help you can provide as to what I should buy.

This looks like our S795-32 channel balance with a 32C strength option. As you pointed out, ours uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley instead of the hook shown on your balance.

You may be able to use our stock balance if the hook on your balance installs in a square cutout that will fit our 26-200 screw plug. If not, we can custom make balances with a hook instead of a screw tab but we'd need to know how many you'd like to order, as well as confirm that the t-lock shoe on your balance measures 1-1/4" wide.
