Older home with Atrium windows. Missing 2 of the back latch part per the picture of an existing one. Picture 122330 is the missing part. Picture 122340 is the latch.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The lock shown here reminds me of the 90-252 latch mechanism and 90-253 latch cover. The compatible keeper is the 90-255. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need.

Yes, we can wait the 6 weeks. Can I add the 33-090 screws in almond.

2 strike plates almond: 90-255
4 screws.

I'm afraid we can't supply the 33-090 in almond but beige would be the best we can offer. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
