Atrium Window Balancer (2005)

Hi, I need 3 of these balancers for my Atrium Windows that were installed on a new build in 2005. Can you please help me identify what I need? Thx!

I know you have a 34" tilt balance with a 15-198 top clip, but I need to see the bottom balance attachment to find your Series. Can you send another photo?

Perfect, thanks. This looks to be our S795-34, but with the top screw tab replaced with the 15-198 hook I mentioned. This will need to be custom made. I will email you a custom order link for 3 of these right now, including a price quote.
