I'm afraid that this operator is no longer available and there is no replacement for it. That said, there is a way. A few years back I had to repair one for a customer who did not want to replace the complete window. To be honest, that might have been an easier solution. At first I thought the 39-013 would have been a good replacement, but it would not work.

What I ended up doing was using our 39-027E operator. I removed the end nylon bearing off of the 39-027E and replaced it with the extension arm off of the old operator using rivets I purchased at a local hardware store. That said, it was a real frustrating project and it might be better to just install a new window.

I'm not happy with the awning window anyway
How about leaving the frame intact and replace with a basement replacement window to size?

When you say basement window, do you mean a "hopper?" That type of window normally has a handle at the top of frame which you would turn to open. The sash would drop down and open from the top, whereas an awning window opens outward from the bottom. If this is for a bathroom, I myself kind of like the awning window because you can leave it open a little for ventilation and won't let the rain in. Don't be turned off by awning windows, yours is just an older style. The newer vinyl windows should have better hardware on them.
