BSI 34B replacement or repair

Question

(2004) balance string and spring rivot broke on on right side of my kitchen window (PICS). Do you have a balance replacement for BSI 34B that will fit my pivot? Or can I replace the string and rivot on existing? Looking closely at the pics, also looks like pivot cracked, do you have a replacement? May do balance and pivots together.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact balance, but what we can offer is the S795-34 with the 34B stamp option. This comes attached with a T-lock shoe that you'd have to pop off and swap with the 15-224 inverted link. See the video below.

The pivot shoe resembles the 15-216, but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Please note that the Series 795 is designed to mount to the top of the window with a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let us know. We can still help, but this would have to be a custom order.
