BSI 36B window balance

Question

Looking for inverted block and tackle single hung tilt window balance.
Length is 36", part number on balance is BSI 36B, window BSL6 2862, 1700J 787743 003582730. Screw mount goes at top.

Please review the Series 795 channel balance as a replacement. See the S795-36 with a 36B stamp option. This balance comes with a 1-1/4" closed cam T-lock shoe. I cannot confirm from your picture, but if yours uses an open metal cam (see through), you will need to purchase the 15-195B shoe additionally and swap out before installation.
