The bottom sash is about 29.5" wide x 22" high. It was using a single coil system on both sides. The coil snapped on both sides. I believe the right replacement part is:
10 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, SINGLE, Product Code: S140-10 (left and right)

I just want to confirm this is correct or can be used for this window.

This actually looks more like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe to me, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks Bob! How many lbs would you recommend for the coils and how would you determine that?

Are there any stamps on the coil springs? Those stamps indicate the spring weights needed. If not, or you are unsure, give me the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out what you need.
