Thanks for posting. This is a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.

Window is 14 lbs weight. Kensington Window double hung. Series 35104510 DH. MST 3'8"X 50"
I need to purchase 15-177 Pivot Shoes? I need to purchase Series 152 Coil Balance Springs?
I imagine I need two 7 lb. rating coil balance springs for a 14 lb. window?
Is that correct? Thank you very much.

You got it. For a 14 pound window, the S152-7 7 pound springs, one for each side, will work. Let us know if you have further questions.
