Hello; Hope you can help. I will need a replacement of a Balance Shoe. The indicated photo is the part needed. No more information is located on the part. I believe that I do have the 15-194 shoe though. The balance is 28" long. If you need more information, please let me know.

Hi, Robert. It looks like the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord broke which means you'd need a new balance. We can help but I'd like to see the shoe that goes with this balance to compare to our inventory. Can you also confirm if your balance installs with a screw or a hook? |

Thank you kindly for getting that for me! These photos are perfect and just what I needed. Your balance is a match for our Series 795 but you'll notice that our part installs at the top of the window jamb using a screw tab. However, yours uses a hook like our 15-198 so this will need to be a custom order due to that difference. To sum it up for you, we will use the S795-28 with the 28D option along with the 15-229 shoe and 15-198 hook attached.
