We do not have this exact curved channel balance and T-lock shoe, but our Series 795 with the 15-194 shoe can replace it. 

To further review, are you able to provide a clearer image of the top attachment? I believe this balance uses a 15-198 hook at the top for install which will require a custom order. We can assemble this balance with the hook at the top and the 15-194 shoe.

Please note that if you need extra shoes, the 15-194 would not fit into your current channel.
