Hey there. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made. However you can replace it with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. The video below shows how. Let me know if you have questions.

Does this come with a cover plate. The one I removed cracked

These parts are all sold separately. The Series 159 Coil Balance springs work with the 15-255 Single Support or 15-256 Double Support, depending on how many coils you must accommodate.
