177.  The shoe broke so I had to bust everything to get it out.  I now need the shoe, and each balance assembly for this window - there are 3 parts: shoe on the bottom - and 2 coils on the top that both screwed into the side to secure.  The shoe measurements seem to match for your part 15-

Thanks for writing in! The shoe in your assembly reminds me of the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

The compatible coil spring is the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance; attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. For a 22lb sash, you'll need the S152-5 and S152-6 (you'll need one of each on both sides of the window; 11lbs on each side)

If you cannot reuse the coil supports (covers), you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All of these pieces are used together to create the support.
