To further review, we will need to see a picture of the pivot shoe in the window channel that these coil springs connect to. From there we can determine the series needed. Please also provide the width/thickness of the original coil spring. Thank you!

What you are showing here is the pivot bar, which resembles the 26-378. I will need to see the pivot shoe as well that the coil springs attach to in the window channel? Does it look like 15-199 as shown below?

Please also confirm the thickness of the coil springs. They should be 3/8" or 1/2" thick. Are there are any number stampings on the metal coils that you can see? Thank you!
