I'm sorry, but your question looked like it cut off. I'd be happy to help you identify your balance, though. The best way to do this is to show us a few pictures of what you currently have, and we can work from there.

The 29 X 29 sash's are 16 lbs.
The 37 X 29 sashes are 21 lbs.
I'm hoping from these 2 sizes you can calculate the rest of the weights for me.
These are all vinyl windows with a 1 inch air space between the double panes.
The sash thickness is 1 3/8 of an inch
Rod width seems to be 9/16
Below is a list of the sash sizes. I

Ah, I see. Sounds like you need spiral balances. Can you tell me if these windows are tilt or non tilt? Do you also know the length of the tube? Thanks!

They are tilt, as stated twice in my original message to your company. I also stated that they have been worked on several times by people who knew little about this and the sizes that are on them now can not be trusted.

Thank you! I'm sorry for the confusion, but for some reason your information is not coming through all the way. We are trying our best with what we can see, though.
Now, the rule of thumb for calculating balance length based on sash size is to subtract 1" from the height of the bottom sash and two inches from the height of the top sash.
So, for both of your sashes, which are 29" high, I would recommend the S600-28 for the bottom sashes and S600-27 for the top sashes (this is of course assuming that the top and bottom sash for both windows are the same size). I'd go with the Red Tip option for both.

Sure thing. Assuming each one uses our Series 600 spiral balance, I would recommend S600-26 for the top sash, and S600-28 for the bottom sash for the first three windows (please also confirm size of the third top sash, it should be 37 x 28 not 37 x 29).
For the fourth window, I would recommend our S600-21 for the top sash and S600-23 for the bottom sash.
Finally, for the last window, I recommend our S600-26 for the top sash and S600-28 for the bottom sash once again.
The tip colors you need may vary. I would not recommend guessing as these can be delicate systems. You would have to weigh each sash and refer to the color tip chart we show on each balance store page.

Hi again Paul,
I weighed all the sashes and found that all but 1 kitchen window could take the blue. What do you think? Also,
is there a way to just convert this quote into an invoice? If not could you go over this again and give me the part numbers again for each. For some reason I'm having trouble with this.
Thanks again for your understanding,
Regards,
Barry

Okay Paul,
This is great! I'm enclosing a picture of the latest cart.
The only question is about the blue tip for the bottom sashes (excluding the 1 kitchen window). Do you think it's not necessary?
Thanks again for all your help,
Barry

Thanks, Barry. Yes, your cart looks good. You can switch to Blue, if you want. I don't think it will hurt, but at this point it's a matter of personal preference.
