What balance mechanism do I need to purchase?

Thanks for writing in! I'm confident we can supply the replacement for this balance. Although, to confirm the right fit, I'll need to know the length of the channel and the stamp on it.

It would also be a good idea to double check the pivot shoes in the window track for any damage.

Thanks for posting! Your window balance can be replaced with the S770-26. You'll need to select the 26F stamp option.

If you are in need of a replacement for the shoe, I suggest taking a look at the 15-129 Pivot Shoe. Be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm it is the right fit.
