Thanks for posting. See our 15-175 Coil Balance Shoe. Compare with your old part to make sure they match. This shoe uses our Series 152 Coil Balances. Judging from your photos, it appears you need our S152-6 and S152-7 Coil Springs specifically. The number and kind of coil balances should be the same assembly on each side of your window sash, so just check for these stamped numbers in each pair of balance assemblies you need to make sure they match.
