Thanks for posting. See our 15-177 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses Series 152 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions about this hardware.

Thanks for the part information. I can't find any part numbers on the springs. Any recommendations as far as spring weights?

In that case, give me the exact weight of the window sash. I should be able to work out the spring weights needed.

Thanks! I recommend using one 7 pound and one 8 pound spring per side. That will give you 15 pounds of support per side, or 30 pounds total. See our S152-7 and S152-8 for these respective weight options.
