Balance and boot 26B

Question

hello.
this boot is broken and the balancer isn't strong enough to hold up the window. i would like to replace both balancers and boots for the left and right sides of my single hung window

Hi there!

Your balance looks like our Series 795 but yours installs with a hook rather than a screw tab like ours. We can still help but this will need to be a custom order due to that difference. To sum it up for you, we'll be using our S795-26 with the 15-198 hook attached and 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe. I'd just like you to weigh your sash on a scale and tell us its precise weight. Custom orders are nonrefundable so I just want to ensure we get you the appropriate spring strength option for your window.
