Balance and shoe for tilt window

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-215 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is used in the Series 140 Coil Balance assemblies. The fact your old coil housing is stamped '6+5' tells me you might need the S140-11 11 pound assembly. To be safe, give me the exact weight of the window sash that these balances support, and I can work it out for you.
