We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. What we would do for you is take our standard Series 795 channel balance, then swap out the bottom shoe for our 15-195B open cam style shoe and the top screw tab for our 15-198 hook. Then it would match the configuration you have in your window now.

One last thing to note: we always recommend replacing these in pairs. You don't want to mix old and new balances or you risk having the new balance wear out much faster than it might otherwise.
