Balancer for Non tilt window installation

Quick Learner from St Petersburg FL
I purchased S900 balancers for this window. I now believe the shoe that the end of the spring attaches to is broken and can not determine how to remove the window to replace the shoe, if it is even possible. As you may determine from the pictures, the window can't move right or left as there is not enough play in the jam. I have removed the old balancers. Can you please advise with your opinion

Thanks for posting. I am afraid the Series 900 will not work for your window. See our Return Policy here. You have a non-tilt windows, with sashes that are not removable. The clip on the bottom of the spiral balances looks a bit like our 17-043. It screws on to the side of the sash. If you have any of these clips that are broke, you can use our clip-on bracket 17-94. As far as the spiral balances, confirm that the diameter of the outer tube is 3/8". If so, you will need the Series 400, along with the 75-005 charging tool for non-tilt spiral balances. See the video below that goes further into spiral balance identification, as well as the guide that shows how to remove and replace this type of spiral balance. Let me know if you have further questions on any of this.
