Window make is Weather Shield, bought around 2001. Double hung, tilt. Have several windows that won't open, won't stay shut, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we're not able to identify your balance from these photos. For starters, we need to see the shoe. Using an undamaged balance as a reference would be ideal.

Could not get shoe out of track for photo. Broke something- have to use stick to keep upper sash up. Almost fell out window. Hope these new photos in combo with old ones work.

Thank you for getting back to us. Based on what I see here, it looks like you have the S751-34 with the 33HD option. This balance comes attached with the 15-014 by default. You'll need to remove your old one from the window to confirm it's a match and confirm the channel length.
