Balancers(32C), Sash Pivot Bars, Pivot Shoe 1/2"

Question

Hello,
I am looking for a couple of balancers (32c), Pivot bars that fit to 1/2" pivot shoe. Please see attached photo of the window. Pivot bars already rusted and can't find the right parts replacement. Please let us know if you have available parts for my window. Thank you

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S770-32 balances with the 32C stamp. The 15-154 pivot shoe was the first to come to mind, but this is 9/16" thick. If your pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, see the 15-046 instead.

The 26-040 pivot bar is compatible with the 15-046 pivot shoe, but you'll want to review the specifications to confirm whether they align with the old one.
