We can assist with a replacement for this balance, but it will require a custom order. Your balance is the Series 795 channel balance, but with a 15-198 hook at the top for installation. We will need to assemble the hook on top for you.

To further review, are you able to show us the balance removed from the window and provide the width of the T-lock shoe? Please also confirm if the metal cam within the shoe has a closed back or see through. 

We will also need to know the number/letter stamped on the metal channel. From there we can send over an order link with pricing for your review. How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there is minimum of (2). Thank you!
