12 balance rods

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-29, S385-29, or S378-29 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

The take out clip is our 16-002. We don't sell this exact sash stop, but the design is similar to our 55-043. You will need to compare dimensions before you buy it to ensure that they're the same.

Thank you, Tom,

They both appear to be 7/8" or possibly 15/16" but not quite 1". So the S378 is likely the right balance rod...and I'm good with that.

let me know next steps for ordering, as I have six windows and will need twelve rods.

Great! All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience. Your product would be the S378-29, and your two stamps (28B and 28D) would match our 2820 and 2840 options, respectively. That said, you may still want to weigh your sash on a scale just to be sure that these options are appropriate for your sash weight.
