Balances and pivot locks needed

A home owner from Becker, MN says:
Good Morning,

I need Series 795 w/ 15-198 hooks. My balances are 27C with 1" pivot locks.
I know from looking at previous customer inquiries that the hooks are custom built due to now having screw tabs. Those won't work for us as we have the narrow rectangular cut for the hooks. (6679000 on pivot locks)

Most of the balances I found on your site have 1 1/4" pivot locks but those won't fit in our windows.
If the part numbers make sense I'll need to order (4) sets of 4. I have (4) 6'x5' - 2wide single hung windows to replace.

Thanks for writing in. We can custom build (4) Series 795 balances, 27" long and the 27C stamp code, with the 15-198 hooks attached, no problem. Can you confirm the shoe on your balances more closely resembles the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe? From there, I'll get this order started for you.

The one inch cam locks that we have our 2 1/4" long. Not sure if that matters with the New Balances?

Thanks for getting back to me. No, I wouldn't worry too much about that difference in length, as our T-Lock Shoes have a different configuration with how they connect to the channel balances anyways. One thing I should have asked: are the metal channels on your old balances, not including the shoes, 27" long? This is almost always the case with these balances when stamped 27C, but sometimes there's exceptions so it's best to confirm. Assuming the balances are 27" long, I am sending you an email with a custom link to order (16), or four pairs of four, of the Series 795 stamped 27C, and with the 15-194 1" shoe and 15-198 hook attached. Let me know if you have any other questions.
