Hello,

This casement lock is an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098. Your specific model has not been made in many years but the newer parts work just as well, regardless of screw hole count. The only catch is that you will need to replace the old keeper with the newer 38-079.

The window operator appears to be an older version of the 39-013 Casement Window Operator. The opposite version is the 39-014. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to measure the length of the arm as shown below and confirm the wheel that engages with the track is the same style.

The compatible tracks are either the 39-505 or 39-533; the handles are either the 39-114L or 39-205 (folding) crank handle. Thanks for posting!
