Bay window cranks

A handy person from Fall River, Mass says:
The first picture is my old crank. The second picture I ordered from you a couple of months ago. The issue I am having is the arm on the new crank is longer.

Thank you

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Hello! The number you show us is just for the operator housing. It's not often used for identification. Manufacturers change stamps and markings all the time, so it's more reliable to go off of the whole part itself, and its measurements. The 39-171 and 39-172 operators have a 5" arm. Since that was too long, look at our 39-317 and 39-318 instead, or maybe our 39-387 and 39-388. These have different lengths. You will need to measure yours carefully to confirm.
