Hello there! I believe you can use our 36-048 hinge to replace the original. The design won't be identical, but as long as the base track is the same size at 10", and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time, then you should be good to go!

Great, if the only hinge is 10" long then as long as you replace the top and bottom it should work perfectly fine.
This hinge assembly does not come with a crank operator, no. That's a separate and distinct part. Based on your photos above I think it might be a match for our 39-035 and 39-036, but since I can't see the whole mechanism I'm just guessing. You'll have to review our photos and dimensions to verify. Both are compatible with our 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle, if you also needed those.
We don't sell molding of any kind, but since you said yours goes around the glass I actually think you might be talking about the glazing bead. That's the snap in vinyl strip that keeps the glass in the frame. Is that what you need?
If so, we can help but I need more information for both the glazing bead and the weatherstripping. For both of these, I need you to remove an undamaged sample of each and show me a clear photo of their respective end profiles. The video below will explain exactly what I mean. This angle is absolutely essential for identification purposes and is the bare minimum we need to proceed.
