Bay windows not working

We have a bay windows and the window crank function is broken. Can you help us find the replacement parts?

Hey Marie. See our 39-253RB or 39-439B Dual-Arm Operators (the opposite-handed versions are the 39-253LB and 39-438B, respectively). These operators are identical except for the appendage at the end of the straight arm. See the video below for details. For compatible cover and handles for either of these operators, see the 39-376 or 39-452, depending on the style you prefer. Let me know if you have further questions.
