Block and Tackle Balancer for PlyGem Alenco Window

I need a balancer for a PlyGem Alenco window. I measured the length of it and it is 32.75" and it is stamped 33D. I need to get this ASAP as it is for a home that I'm selling in a week. I actually had ordered this from the PlyGem under warranty a month ago and they said they would cover it but no order was entered and it took calling three PlyGem companies this morning to finally figure out whose window it was.

I worked with your customer care rep to determine that I need:

33" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE
Product Code: S795-33

However, my attachment clip to hang the string uses a bent clip rather than screwing it to the window.

I have the original clips and have attached photos of how it is attached to the window frame.
