Block and tackle ,window channel balance replacement

This looks like an S795-34, with a 15-224 Inverted Link Shoe attached. Can you show me how this balance attaches to the top of the window jamb? Does it use a screw clip, or does it use a hook like our 15-198? If it's a hook, can you show me the hole in the jamb that the hook connects to? Many thanks.
