Both Balance coils on sash window broken

Question

Both Balance coils on my sash window broken. Not sure about the coil lb size. Thre's a part number on the shoe: 5.704,165
The size of the sliding part of the window is
27"w by 20"h. The width of the shoe is 1.25".

Hello there. We offer a similar coil balance set up. Start with looking into the 15-177 coil balance shoe. It's 1-1/4" wide. The coil spring is screwed to the coil balance shoe. We believe your estimated window sash weight is 12 pounds, therefore, we think the S152-6 may work. Look it over and let us know if you have any further questions.
