Both sides of US WINDOW FACTORY (no longer in business in NY) have sprung including the pivot bars and stops.

A quick learner from Queens Village NY says:
The only identifiers I can make out on the springs are #4.5 35" on one spring and P 5232208 on another. I dont know if they should be all the same. The springs are both 1/2" wide and the shoes are 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2# long. There are no markings on the pivot bars. If this makes sense to you guys, I'm hoping that there is a complete assembly i can purchase, as I would like to use all new parts.Hope I nailed this. Heard GREAT thins about you guys.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like you need new coil balance assemblies, pivot bars, and a vent latch. I believe we sell everything you show here, so I will list these parts one at a time for your convenience.

I feel fairly confident that these parts will work for you, but I wanted to point out a couple details out. The first and most glaring difference in this list is that our 26-241 pivot bar has a slightly different style tip; ours has only one "horn," instead of the two on your original. This won't matter at all, though, and is still fully compatible with our 15-199 pivot shoe. What's more important is the hole placement in relation to that front tip, so make sure to check your dimensions against ours to verify that they align.

Next is the fact that we only sell the individual components of the balance assembly. These are unfortunately not sold as kits. The benefit of that is that you really only need to replace what's broken. Any cover or pivot shoe you have that's undamaged can be reused.

The exception to this rule is the springs; if even one spring is damaged in your window, you should replace all of them. You never want to mix old and new springs.

Otherwise, please review our specs in each case and let me know if they differ in any way. I'm also happy to answer any follow up questions you might have.
