Bottom Part of Windows rotted

Question

Please check my order # 2116263 to verify that I have the right parts for both 2 right opening windows and 2 left opening windows.

The top sections are fine - it is the bottom arms and slides.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Jeff. I see that you ordered the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators but I'm afraid I can't confirm if this is what you have. The guide at the end of the arm is too obscured by the track, unfortunately. Note, we also sell the 39-438B and 39-439B. The video below will go over the differences.

If you need a new hinge, I recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048. Look over the specifications and see how they compare with your old hinge. We just recommend replacing the top and bottom at the same time.
