Your balance assembly resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils. Yes, that looks correct! You will want to look at the coils to see if there is a number stamped into the metal that informs the weight option of each coil. If numbers are not present, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward!

For a 22 pound window sash, you can use (2) S160-5 coil springs on each side of the window using the 15-150D coil support. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
