Broken Balance

Hello I have a vinyl builders window with a hardware measurement of 27" in regards to the above photos. I'm also looking for the bottom hardware post that inserts into the bottom balance as it snapped off in the above photo also.

Hello! Sounds like you need a new channel balance and pivot bar. See our S765-27 for the balance and the 26-040 for the pivot bar. We also carry that balance stop, which is our 26-053A.
