Broken Cam

The tensioner seems to be working properly but the cam is sheared off. Unfortunately i do not have a manufacturer or much more information to go off of. Thank you for any help you could provide.

Thanks for posting. That looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks for your assistance identifying the parts we need. One more question regarding the coil weight. The picture below has a stamp (hardly legible) that says 7K, wasn't sure if this meant a 7 pound coil?

I think it's a safe bet that '7' stamp means you need a S152-7 7 pound coil. You could always weigh the window sash to confirm to be safe. See the video below.
