Broken Coil Spring

Question

Attached are 3 photos of the broken # 7 coil and its housing(?) from the right side of the window. The other 2 photos are of an existing not broken coil and housing from the left side. This one reads 7E.
I've ordered coils from you before and this is for the same home. But a smaller window.
What do I need and can I also get the replacement housing?

Hey there,

Thanks for your post! You'll need the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe to replace the one in this assembly. While I am confident it should be an exact match, be sure to compare the dimensions.

These are compatible with our Series 152 Coil Balance, which are attached to the shoe using a screw like the 33-072. Since they are marked with a 7, you'll need the S152-7.

If you are not able to reuse the existing coils supports, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel to replace them. All three snap together to complete the supports.
