have a client with a broken crank. No identifying label or part numbers. could not identify any way to get the cover off??

Thank you for reaching out to us. The operator shown here is discontinued and no longer available so we don't have a direct match. However, take a look at the 39-315. We also have the 39-316 for the opposite side. I recommend watching the video below which will detail the replacement process.
