Broken Parts - Simonton Window

A handy person from Massillon, OH says:

Hi, I'm trying to repair a broken window at our church bldg. One photo shows the "nameplate" sticker on the top of the window frame. The other photo shows two broken pivot bars and one broken pivot shoe (the gray twisty cam is split in two). The pivot block is between 1/2" and 9/16" thick. Is this enough info to identify the right parts so you can quote them to me? Carl

Hi, Carl.

Yes, your photos tell me exactly what you'll need. I recommend our 15-199 pivot shoe, which is compatible with the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165, and 26-378 pivot bar. These look like they'd be great matches for what is shown here but I recommend comparing our dimensions with yours just to make sure everything aligns for what you need.
