Broken balance shoes for single hung Patriot brand windows

Question

I just talked to a wonderful lady and she asked me to submit pictures.
I need replacement balance shoes. Original manufacturer was Patriot windows. Part Number R-SO-3888020-3. There is another number "253098". I received some of these from plygem (who I guess purchased Patriot when the windows were under warranty. They don't sell to individuals. Do you have this part? Pictures are included. 15/16" at wide end. 9/16" at narrow end. 1 9/13" long. 10/16" thick.
The channel balances I have are okay. They are 28" long and 9/16" wide. (28 C is stamped on the flat side of the channel balance. They are indented on the side where the shoe lock is installed so the side of the shoe must allow room for this indention. I have included a picture.
Hopefully I can just buy the shoe! Appreciate you help.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a match for this shoe. We have the 15-194 but the problem is this doesn't have a recessed stem like your old shoe, so it won't fit into the metal channel. As a result, you'd need to replace the whole balance assembly with the S795-28. Our balance comes attached with the 15-195 shoe by default but you'll have to purchase the 15-194 separately and swap the shoes. The video below demonstrates how to do so.

Please note that the Series 795 balance installs at the top of the window track with a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let us know! We'll still be able to help, but it will just have to be a custom order.
