Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe, S165-4 coil spring, and related items shown on our product pages to your balance assembly.
As for your tilt latches, take a look and compare the dimensions shown on the 26-243 and 26-244 product pages to yours. Thanks for posting!
If your window uses three coils on each side, you would use the 15-205 triple support.
