Broken hardware

I have a broken wind part, I have tried to glue it back together but have been very unsuccessful. Lower window recess measures 0.530 in thick x 1.465 in tall x 1.25 in wide.

Hello, thank you for posting,

We do not carry your exact balance assembly, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted spring option, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Also see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Each balance assembly has a spring with E7 on it, so I am guessing that is a 7 pound spring? No other numbers are on the assembly.

Just to verify, I will need the pivot shoe, coil spring, coil bushing cap, coil bushing cover, and coil bushing support. Is that correct?

Hello,

The marking should translate to the S152-7 coil spring that can support 7 pounds on its own. Together with the other side, the window sash should weight 14 pounds.

Yes, you will need the 15-177 pivot shoe, S152-7 coil spring, 33-072 screw to attach the coil. Along with the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel for the coil spring.

You would repeat this setup for the other side. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
