Broken balance clip

Question

A home inspector found what appears to be a broken detent clip. There is no clear marking as to the window manufacturer, etc. Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.

Hello! Looking at your broken coil spring support, it looks like our 15-204. I know it doesn't have the two screw holes, but it should work with just one. Keep in mind that his support is for a 3/8" coil spring. If your springs are 1/2" instead, see our 15-150D.
