Broken pivot locks

A quick learner from Chicago area says:
I can't identify the manufacturer but both right and left pivot locks are broken. The springs are still good. What pivot lock do you recommend, and will I need to replace the pivot bars?

Hello!

You can re-use your pivot bar if it's still in working order. Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-215 which uses the Series 140 Quick-Tilt coil balance assembly. Take a look and see what you think!
